A new fund spun out from leading firm Odey Asset Management will not charge investors performance fees. The decision follows the move by renowned fund manager Neil Woodford not to award performance bonuses to staff earlier this year. As sentiment in the industry seems to turn against fees and bonuses, digital technology is enabling investors to demand greater transparency around how the fund is actually performing.
