If you totted it all up, how much do you reckon you spend at work - you have travel, lunches, coffees, but have you included colleagues. Apparently we spend more than £1000 a year at work. Nationwide found we're forking out for colleagues' birthdays, charity runs and Christmas presents and will spend up to 40,000 thousand pounds over their working life.
