Last weekend marked the start of the Chinese New Year festivities. In a 2 week celebration, families will cook a whole host of dishes to welcome the new year, preparing certain ingredients that will bring prosperity to loved ones. Our reporter Anviksha Patel spoke to Emmy nominated TV chef and author Ching He Huang to find out what the Year of the Rooster will bring to our dinner tables.
