The Institute for Fiscal Studies says the UK could face a further 2 years of austerity measures if we vote to leave the EU. Economists in the Leave camp disagree and say economic growth would accelerate following an exit. Carl Emerson is the author of the IFS report, Deputy Director at the IFS, Carl Emerson.
