Major supermarkets in the UK have introduced rationing on certain fresh vegetables. Tesco is limiting shoppers to three iceberg lettuces, Morrisons to two. Share radio's James Brydges spoke to Duncan Brewer, Partner of Retail practice at management consultants Oliver Wyman.
