Taiwanese computer company Acer has developed a desktop PC with parts that can be swapped by the user. Named the "modular" PC, Billy Bambrough has been speaking with Stuart Miles of Pocket-lint and tech analyst Jack Gold about whether it could give the PC industry a much needed boost.
