International Women's Day isn't only a celebration of the achievements of women around the globe, but also a call to action to increase gender equality. One woman who knows a lot about both of these is Karen Holden. In want of a better work/life balance, Karen left her job at an international law firm to set up her own practice - A City Law Firm - in 2009. She joined our reporter Sara Macham in the studio.
