Building the art of communication is essential for a successful adult life, and the performing arts provide a great way to develop confidence and conversational dialogue. They can bring hope and career opportunities to young people when more academic doors are closed. Unfortunately, this is not an easy option for those in state education or from disadvantaged backgrounds.
