This week, Matthew Cook visits CARIS, a registered charity which runs two projects in Islington. One is a bereavement counselling service which is open to adults and children, and the other is a cold weather night shelter which is open everyday during the winter months offering hospitality to homeless guests and supporting them in finding more permanent accommodation.
