This year will be the 30th anniversary of the Lord Mayor's Dragon Awards, which celebrates so called responsible businesses of all sizes and sectors. New research has found that businesses are losing out on billions of pounds every year by not creating products and services for disabled people. The report by the Extra Costs Commission claims that the oversight is costing businesses up to £420 million a week in lost sales.
