Many people around Britain are cutting back on how much meat they eat. This is down to concerns over meat's effect on health, the environment and animal welfare. It's a trend known as Flexitarianism, or semi-vegetarianism, and is said to be a step towards a healthier and more sustainable planet. At the other end of the show, Simon reckons we need a tax break on savings interest, what little we have, someone’s bought a car with Apple Pay and everyone’s amazed for some reason, and the new Churchill fiver sees even more inflationary trading.
