While he was highly educated and had been very resourceful in his career he was unable to activate those resources to lose weight. Adam uses a combination of regression, resource anchoring, direct suggestion and future pacing to enable him to activate resources such as self-control, resilience, persistence, creativity and learning to help him lose weight and have fun while doing it.
