Despite Theresa May's threats of retribution should peers attempt to amend the Brexit bill, this week the House of Lords voted for an amendment that means the Prime Minister must guarantee the rights of EU nationals living in the UK after Brexit. And today, Mrs May has called on Conservatives to support the Union of the UK during a speech to the Scottish Tory conference in Glasgow.
