The company has won two Queen's Awards for Enterprise and International Trade. It is now developing a revolutionary scanner to help vets diagnose and treat cats and dogs. Over the past few decades the number of women in tech hasn't only not improved, it's actually got worse. A study released earlier this year shows that in 2013, just 26 percent of computing jobs in the US were held by women which is down from 35 percent in 1990.
