Share Radio's Sara Macham meets Deepak Ohri who's won eight entrepreneur and innovation awards since setting up his hotel group, lebua, in 2003. The company has grown from one restaurant in Bangkok to seven hotels and lodges in India, New Zealand and Thailand and is now expanding into Europe.

It's been revealed that the tech industry is the best in the UK at using gender-neutral language when it comes to job adverts. But what effect is this having on the gender balance - or imbalance - in the industry? This week look at the lack of female entrepreneurs. The number has fallen for the third year in a row and according to Natwest, it's costing the UK economy £1 billion a year. But, plenty of women do start and run their own business. So what is going on? Recently we had another case testing the rights of gig economy workers. Self-employed cycle courier Andrew Boxer took the firm Excel to an employment tribunal arguing that he was a "worker" as defined by the Employment Rights Act - therefore, should get basic rights including holiday pay and the national minimum wage. His claim was backed by the Independent Workers Union of Great Britain and the employment tribunal agreed with him. To find out what rulings such as this will mean for the gig economy Georgie Frost was joined by Kevin Charles, Director of Crosslands Employment Solicitors.

Increasingly people are becoming employed in the so-called gig economy with firms such as Deliveroo and Uber however it leaves a lot of questions over their employment rights. Recently Uber and Deliveroo have appealed for an overhaul of employment laws which they claim prevent them from providing benefits such as insurance and pensions to self-employed staff. This follows last month's legal battle by a plumber- who wanted to reduce his days at Pimlico Plumbers following a heart attack. To give some insight into the law in workers rights Georgie Frost was joined by employment expert Beverley Sunderland from Crossland Employment solicitors.
