Nosh Detox is a company producing freshly made, non-pasteurised juice diets, detox and nutritional plans across Europe and the US. But it also has quite a unique backstory. Former lawyer Geeta Sidhu-Robb set up the business after retraining as a food technician and nutritionist to find a way of treating her ill son. Focusing on allergy free foods, nutrition, diet and organic produce she aimed to find an alternative to the drugs and steroids being suggested by his doctors. Geeta spoke to Share Radio's Melanie Wray to tell the story.

According to new research, 'young businesses' run by those women under 35 are three times less likely to make a loss than those owned by over 55's. Tomorrow is Carers Rights Day theme this year is knowing your rights. Across the UK, 6.5 million people are carers, supporting a loved one who is older, disabled or seriously ill. Each year Carers UK bring organisations across the UK together to help carers in their local community know their rights and find out how to get the help and support they are entitled to.
