The fear of broadband downtime means internet-dependent Brits are missing out on £327 million savings a year, according to a survey by Uswitch. The data found that people are so concerned about internet blackouts that just one in ten has switched broadband provider in the past year. Georgie spoke to Ewan Taylor-Gibson, uSwitch's resident broadband expert.
