If you flick through any paper or magazine aimed at retirees, chances are it will be crammed with holiday adverts, and - increasingly – adventure holidays. Almost 40% of 60-69-year-olds say they plan to travel to new countries, according to the Royal Voluntary Service. So how do you get started on planning for the holiday of a lifetime? Last week the Financial Conduct Authority - the FCA - set out changes it will introduce to tackle the fraudulent use of contactless cards after they've been cancelled. It was responding to a Treasury Select Committee, which raised concerns earlier this year that customers were having to check their bank statements to check for suspicious activity, and then apply for a refund from their bank. The FCA says less than 1 percent of all card fraud is on contactless cards, but is urging banks to do more. Share Radio's Sara Macham spoke to Jon Sacker from the UK Cards Association to find out more.
