This week on Company Casebook we're meeting two of the three founders of Mindful Chef - a healthy eating box distribution service where customers get everything they need to make a nutritious meal, delivered straight to their doorstep. The founders all hail from Devon and they went to school together. Since starting the business two years ago they've shipped over 350,000 boxes around the UK and are turning over currently £2.7 million. As well as making cooking videos for YouTube they've also published a cookbook - published this week. In the early days they were packing the boxes themselves then delivering them in what they call a Del Boy Trotter Van - so they've come quite a way.... as they've been telling Linda Lewis on Company Casebook.
