It's safe to say that many of us would love the luxury of a day off work every now and then. But how would you feel if your employer offered you a wellbeing day, effectively allowing you to call in sick...with tiredness? This is a measure being proposed by think tank, the Institute of Public Policy Research, or IPPR, who believe employers should be looking more into their employee's wellbeing.
