UK house prices will continue to rise in 2017 but at a much slower rate, according to research from the Halifax. Britain's biggest mortgage lender said annual house price growth would be running at between 1% and 4% by the end of the year. That compared with an average of 10% in March 2016. Halifax attributed the forecast to a "higher than normal degree of uncertainty" about the economy in 2017, linked to the recent fall in sterling. To discuss the predictions Sue Dougan was joined by CEO of eMoov, Russell Quirk.

Nosh Detox is a company producing freshly made, non-pasteurised juice diets, detox and nutritional plans across Europe and the US. But it also has quite a unique backstory. Former lawyer Geeta Sidhu-Robb set up the business after retraining as a food technician and nutritionist to find a way of treating her ill son. Focusing on allergy free foods, nutrition, diet and organic produce she aimed to find an alternative to the drugs and steroids being suggested by his doctors. Geeta spoke to Share Radio's Melanie Wray to tell the story.
