A new daily newspaper named '24', is to launch across the north of England and south west Scotland. The paper will be published by Cumbria-based, the CN Group, and will go on sale on June the 20th priced at 40p. So how will this new paper fare? An online “code of conduct” aimed at fighting hate speech has been launched by the European Union in conjunction with four of the world’s biggest internet companies. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Microsoft have all been involved in the creation of the code, which is particularly aimed at fighting racism and xenophobia across Europe.
